The University of Illinois at Chicago, and the Academic Computing and Communications Center, sought to increase visibility and adoption rates for IT services university wide.
By leveraging all communication avenues we expanded awareness of available services and tools by implementing a specific strategic direction, branding, print collateral, web site design, responsive web development, social media marketing, blogging, mobile app development, and project management. An increase in active participants, service utilization, and campus perception were accomplished using creative ad campaigns, digital communication, social media campaigns, contests, and prizes.
